Party Application
Occasional parties may be approved to occur at Northwest Swim Club, as long as the occasional party does not disrupt regular club activities. All parties require board approval at least two weeks prior to event date. No party may be scheduled without board approval. For the safety of all members and guests, the board will not approve parties: 1) on dates when other events are scheduled, 2) attendance is historically high, or
3) proper lifeguard and/or management staffing cannot be scheduled. Out of consideration for other club members, no large parties will be approved. Party approval is ultimately decided on a case-by-case scenario. No party will be approved for members not in good standing or for those with unpaid dues.

CONDITIONS: For all approved events, the Host Member is responsible for assuring that all guests adhere to NWSC club/pool rules.  At the discretion of the life guards and/or Club Manager, members/guests may be asked to immediately leave the club for failure to comply with club/pool rules. A party waiver/agreement must be signed prior to entering the premises.

FEES: Up to 25 guests: $25.00 non-refundable fee plus $5.00 per swimming attendee, no fee for non-swimmers. Over 25 guests: the non-refundable fee is set by the board plus $5.00 per swimming attendee, no fee for non-swimmers. $10 per bag of charcoal to light the grill.

OTHER: Parties over 25 guests require special consideration by the board to insure there is no conflict with other members’ use of the pool. Any group of guests totaling 6 or more people is considered a party and requires board approval as outlined above. If there is a weather issue, the party may be rescheduled pending board approval of new date and time.
